Return Policy
This applies to items purchased from CanineZone.co.za
If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The refundable amount will include a deduction for any discounts you received on your original order, at a level proportional to the normal value of the returned item(s). Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

If you take delivery of a CanineZone.co.za package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange.
DELIVERY CHARGES
South African Customers
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the postage charges incurred in sending the item to you, and your normal postage charges incurred in returning it to us. Under no circumstances can we refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

- Give your reasons for the return in paper or via email to admin@CanineZone.co.za and enter any other details as required.
- Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
